Plan your custom sign

What goes into the price of a business sign?

There is no single price that fits every logo and wall. A useful quote connects a specific design, size, material and lighting choice to a clear total before you approve an order.

Start with dimensions and artwork.

Tell us the approximate width and height you want, including units. For example, “48 × 18 inches” describes the sign’s overall size much more clearly than “medium.” If you only know the available wall area, send that measurement and a photo so we can discuss the proportions.

The artwork also matters. The number of letters, logo detail, overall layout and dimensional construction influence the work involved. A clear image is enough to start a conversation; we will discuss the artwork needed for production.

Compare the same specification.

Two quotes are easier to compare when they describe the same sign size, material, finish, illumination, mounting approach and supplied items. A non-lit dimensional logo and a metal backlit logo are different products even when the business name is the same.

Five details that shape a quote

  1. Overall size: width, height and the size of the individual lettering.
  2. Construction: flat-cut, dimensional lettering, projecting panel or lightbox cabinet.
  3. Finish: the color and surface appearance agreed for your logo.
  4. Lighting: non-lit, rear halo, illuminated face or a combined effect.
  5. Project requirements: mounting details, supplied components and the delivery schedule.

An example of a useful quote brief

“A 48 × 18 inch metal backlit logo sign for an indoor reception wall. Opaque faces, warm white rear halo and a finish to match our artwork. Delivery to California. We will arrange local installation.”

This is an example of the information to send, not a price or a specification for a photographed customer order. Your own design and requirements determine the quote.

What is free before I order?

Your custom quote and mockup require no payment or deposit. US shipping is also free. Review the sign price, any active promotion, specification and schedule in the written quote before committing to production.

Plan the full project.

Production normally takes 7–10 business days after approval; US shipping normally adds 6–8 business days. Installation is arranged separately by you. Ask your installer about any site preparation, electrical work or local approvals so those are considered alongside the sign purchase.

How should I share my budget?

A budget range in USD helps us discuss suitable directions. It does not lock you into an order. If you are comparing options, tell us which matters most—size, finish, lighting or the overall amount—and we can work through the possibilities in your quote.
