Your quote and mockup require zero payment or deposit. When you are ready to order, we confirm the design, price and project details with you before production.
1. Share the sign you have in mind.
Upload your logo or a reference image, give an approximate size in inches or centimeters, choose indoor or outdoor placement and share your delivery location. If your artwork needs explanation, email us before completing the form.
2. Review your quote and mockup.
We provide free mockups within 30 minutes, around the clock. Review the lettering, layout, proportions, finish and lighting. Ask for the changes you need before approving the design. Your written quote confirms the total amount, payment details and agreed specification; no payment is required just to request the quote or mockup.
3. Confirm production and delivery.
Typical production takes 7–10 business days after design approval, followed by 6–8 business days in US transit. These are separate stages. Tell us about an opening date or other deadline before ordering so we can confirm a suitable schedule.
US shipping is free. We supply signs only; installation, assembly and any electrical connection are arranged by you with a suitable local installer or electrician. Mounting and electrical requirements should be confirmed for your particular sign.
Warranty and manufacturing faults
Your sign has a 2-year warranty covering sign quality, finish and manufacturing defects. For a manufacturing-fault concern, send your order reference, a description and clear photos to info@signage.llc. We review manufacturing-fault cancellation or refund requests with you and confirm the appropriate resolution for the affected order.
If a delivery arrives damaged, retain the packaging and contact us with clear photos of the sign and packaging so we can review the issue. Ask us about a proposed cancellation before making changes to an approved order.
Illuminated signs
Illuminated signs use UL-listed components. Component listing does not mean that every complete custom sign carries a UL listing. Confirm any sign-specific documentation, permitting and installation requirements before ordering.
