How information submitted through the quote form is used.

Information you share
We collect your name, email address, selected sign style, approximate sign size, logo artwork and any optional notes you provide when you request a quote. If you arrived through a product link, the selected sign style is included with your request. We may ask for your delivery location, sign placement or other project details when following up by email. Earlier requests may include additional details supplied through the previous form. Please do not upload payment details or sensitive personal information.
How we use it
We use your information to respond by email, discuss your design, prepare a quote and manage your request. We contact you by phone only if you later provide a number for that purpose. An inquiry is not an order or consent to unrelated marketing. We do not sell quote inquiry information.
How you found us
Campaign labels and advertising click identifiers from the link you used may travel through links on this website and be included with your submitted inquiry, along with the landing-page path and referring website hostname. This helps us understand which campaigns lead to inquiries and orders. We do not store full referring-page URLs or use tracking cookies or browser storage for this feature. These details are stored privately with your inquiry for the same 90-day period.
Optional advertising measurement
Advertising measurement is enabled only for visitors who make a fresh advertising opt-in.
With your permission through the Advertisement cookie choice, Meta Pixel measures page views and successful quote requests. Meta may receive the page address and referrer, IP address, browser and device information, Meta advertising identifiers and a Lead event when our server confirms a saved request. We do not add your name, email address, phone number, artwork, project description or delivery address to these events. An opaque event reference helps avoid duplicate events; it does not contain your contact details.
Meta may set _fbp and, when an advertising click identifier is present, _fbc cookies, typically for up to 90 days. A separate first-party signage_ad_consent_20261021 cookie remembers a fresh advertising choice for up to 90 days without a visitor identifier. CookieAdmin separately remembers your category choices. Automatic advanced matching, automatic event detection and server-side Conversions API sharing are not used by this integration.
You can reject optional cookies or change your choices with the cookie icon. The quote form works without advertising cookies. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Withdrawal stops future events from this integration and removes its first-party Meta cookies; it cannot recall information already received by Meta. Browser settings and blockers can limit measurement. Meta may process information outside your country and use it under its own Privacy Policy. These identifiers can support cross-context advertising; declining Advertisement cookies or using Global Privacy Control opts out of this integration. Contact info@signage.llc with questions.
Storage and service providers
Inquiries are stored in a restricted WordPress dashboard and sent to our business mailbox. Namecheap provides the website hosting and mailbox services. Authorized members of our team and service providers supporting these systems may process the information to handle your request, operate the website and protect it from abuse. Information may be accessed or processed outside your country.
Artwork
Only share files you have permission to use. Artwork is sent to our business mailbox and a backup is stored encrypted with the private website inquiry. Only website administrators can download that backup. Temporary upload files are removed after the notification attempt. Saved artwork is deleted with the inquiry after 90 days; copies may remain in our mailbox or protected backups until they are deleted or rotated.
Retention
Our routine quote inquiry retention period is 90 days. Saved website inquiries older than 90 days are removed by a daily cleanup. We apply this period to routine inquiry emails as well. Order records and information needed for legal obligations may be kept separately for longer. Backup copies may remain until the hosting or email provider rotates them.
Security, cookies and external services
We use HTTPS and restrict access to saved inquiries. Hosting and security services may process IP addresses, browser information and request logs to protect the website. The form uses temporary security information to prevent spam. WordPress uses cookies for administrator sign-in, and a cookie preference tool may remember your choices. Our website fonts are hosted locally and do not require a request to Google Fonts. Links to Etsy and Instagram open those services only when you choose to visit them; their privacy policies apply there.
Aggregate website measurements
We keep aggregate daily counts of page views, quote-form views and starts, saved inquiries and email-link clicks. These measurements do not contain names, emails, phone numbers, artwork, visitor IDs, raw IP addresses or full referring URLs. They use no measurement cookies or browser storage and stay within our WordPress hosting. Browser measurements respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track where available.
Aggregate counts are retained for up to 365 days. A short-lived hashed network identifier may be used for up to five minutes to limit abusive measurement requests. Your private quote inquiry and artwork retain the separate 90-day period described above.
Your choices
You can email us instead of using the form. To ask about your information, correct it or request deletion, contact info@signage.llc. We may need to verify the request and retain records we are required to keep. Please include enough information to identify your inquiry without sending sensitive documents.
